Mr. Winstanley has over 30 years of senior financial and operating management experience in a wide variety of businesses ranging from Fortune 50 Companies to startups. He has had significant international experience having lived and worked in Europe and Canada as well as extensive involvement in China. He has been directly involved in more than 20 acquisitions and divestitures in excess of $600 million. His industry experience includes transportation, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, and professional services industries.
Mr. Winstanley has held senior management positions with Trans World Airlines, Nabisco Brands, Kraft and Sara Lee, where he was an operating division president. He has successfully managed and led a five company rollup for Unigesco, a Montreal based venture capital firm and two international joint venture startups.
In addition to turnaround and restructuring work, Mr. Winstanley has managed four high growth opportunities in both middle market and large cap companies with revenue growth doubling over 3 year business cycles.
Mr. Winstanley earned an Economics degree from Colby College and an MBA from Boston University.
