
Mr. Paulfus has over 25 years of C-level management experience gained in a variety of international manufacturing, distribution and service companies. The companies he has served have been both privately held and publicly owned, ranging in size from start-ups to over $1 billion in revenue. Mr. Paulfus has aided several distressed companies and is familiar with bankruptcy proceedings. Furthermore, he has been involved with sales out of bankruptcy in excess of $50 million. Mr. Paulfus has negotiated and managed banking relationships with facilities in excess of $50 million and facilitated over $100 million in debt and equity financings. Some of these financings were used to fund M&A transactions with which he has also been involved.
Real world operating experience was gained with several large manufacturing and service firms where Mr. Paulfus filled senior level financial positions. Included here are companies such as Harris, Intel, and Waste Management. Mr. Paulfus was also Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Finance for two medical equipment companies where he negotiated initial funding and ultimate sales of both operations as well as established all administrative processes.
As a turnaround consultant at Lissner Associates, and as an engagement Partner at Tatum, LLC, Mr. Paulfus assisted companies going through significant change. Financially distressed companies were assisted through turnarounds, debt refinancing, bankruptcies, and liquidations. While filling a number of C-level positions Mr. Paulfus directed many cost improvements and organizational modifications with operationally stressed companies. Industries served while consulting include: aviation parts salvage and rebuilding; automotive parts supplier; building products manufacturing; security system manufacturing and service; and, chemical manufacturing.
Mr. Paulfus holds a B.S. from Florida Atlantic University and is an inactive CPA.
