
Lyle Bauck has more than five years of experience working extensively in the fields of accounting, finance, and corporate turnaround and restructuring. He has served both privately held and publicly owned companies, ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His core skills include financial modeling, sell-side advisory, capital raising, debt refinancing, bank negotiations, cash management, process improvement and forensic accounting. Having advised both debtors and creditors in numerous bankruptcy cases, he is also skilled in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process. In his career, he has assisted companies in the aviation, financial services, manufacturing, marine, non-profit, real estate, retail and technology industries.
Prior to joining ACM, Bauck was a senior associate at Mesirow Financial Consulting. In this position he focused primarily on assisting companies create and execute restructuring plans. Most notably, Bauck contributed to an interim management team that successfully restructured and eventually sold USA Capital. The Turnaround Management Association recognized the successful outcome as the 2007 Transaction of the Year. Bauck also assisted in the turnaround of International Bedding Corporation, named by The Global M&A Network as the 2008 Manufacturing Products Turnaround of the Year.
He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. In addition to conducting financial audits for public companies, Bauck provided assurance services for multiple public stock offerings.
Bauck graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Emporia State University, and earned a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Tennessee. While attending college and participating on the golf team, he was honored as an Academic All-American by the NJCAA. He currently serves as Vice President of Finance for the Florida Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
